Guide to Renting

Before you start looking for a rental property, it’s important to work out what you can comfortably afford and what type of property best suits your needs.

Once you have a clear idea of both, you can narrow down suitable options and arrange inspection times.

When attending inspections, it’s important to arrive on time.

If you find a property you would like to apply for, you can either apply online or attend our office to collect a paper application form. We recommend applying as soon as possible, as rental properties can be leased quickly. To avoid delays, ensure your application is completed in full, copies of requested documentation and all references are accurate and contactable.

If you application is approved, you will then be required to sign the lease documents and pay the first two week’s rent, along with one calendar month’s rent as the bond.
